onli one word to describe my day: TIRED! reached school at 11am and stayed all the way in the lab till 6pm. i can't believe that i spent 7 whole hours ion the food lab doing nothing but baking and baking buns! i totally smell of yeast and bread, and both my hands were so stinky after that. However, it was a very fulfilling day, being able to do quite a lot of stuff. So i dun mind the above mentioned hahahah... but i just have to remind myself to bring hand wash, facial wash and face towel to school and put in my locker. that will really make it all better at the end of the day. So in fact the whole day all i ate was bread and bread. the onli 'decent' meal i had for the dae was at 6.30pm, when i went wif my group mate to have dinner. still can't believe that i survived on bread onli for so long hahaha, and i did not take my breakfast.
finally, we made some headway in our project though we can be faster. one reason is that we started late in our project so we are sort of lagging behind other peers in our final project. but i believe that as long as we put in all our efforts and do it to the best that we can, we can achieve good results in our project! so Gambatte!!! =)
this week will really be super tiring for me. i'm very behind time for my logbook update for my project as well. better get it done before the next project meeting. and i'm suppose to work early morn till afternoon for the next 2 days. oh gosh, i havent been waking up so early! during the school break, i'm always still in bed till 12 noon. soon i will have to wake up ver early everyday for weekdays to go to school. wonder if my 'inner' clock can ring tat early.... anyway, back to my job stuff, need to save $$ for a big purpose, so have to work hard ya?!
new stuff i did todae: was shopping after dinner wif my project mate and we came across this counter selling chocolates. we both were so attracted to the little choco in the refrigerated glass display cabinet. all sorts of different types. so i wanted to try some of it so much i actually bot a few and it costed me abt $9 in total for the choco. i had those wif liquor centers like rum and champane in them. the one wif champane was fabulous!! it tasted so good wif the choco and just melts in your mouth! really wanna try again....yum! but can't eat too much... most likely will burn a hole thru my pockets hahahah.... it was a gd try since i havent eaten such kind of choco before this... my fren liked it too though i tink she said the filling were rather 'strong' or something like that. we both agree on the melt-in-your-mouth part though....hahaha....
